Training courses and courses - Courses ascendants and descendants

These two plugins allow to present courses in training courses and "courses modules", in order to avoid the duplication of "courses modules" used in many training courses.
The proposed blocks facilitate navigation between these courses based on the meta course strategies, and are sensitive to course completion if necessary.
For course authors, no more multiple maintenance of the same "course modules". For learners, a practical and easy navigation between the linked courses.
Learners enrolments are propagated from the training courses to the "courses modules" based on the standard meta-course strategy.
